Registration for the nonqualifying event being held in conjunction with the 2013 North Atlantic Regionals is at www.entryeeze.com. This event will be held Thursday October 4, 2012. It is open to skaters No test through Open-Juvenile, Adult Pre-Bronze through Adult Gold, Basic Skills/Freeskate 1-6/Adult 1-4 and Showcase.

Please note the deadline for registration is SEPTEMBER 1, 2012. This includes registering for the event at www.usfsaonline.org, as well as credentials, tickets and prepaid practice ice which will be done through this link to the Ice House http://icehousenj.com/north-atlantic-regionals-2013/.
In addition to the 2013 North Atlantic Regional Figure Skating Championships, there will be a nonqualifying competitionon Thursday October 4th open to all other levels. This form is posted under Downloadable Adobe Acrobat Forms as well. The non-qualifying competition is open to all skaters regardless of region.
As of August 4, the announcement has been reposted to reflect updates to the tentative schedule. The tentative schedule shows events by day only.
The announcement for the nonqualifying regionals events has been reposted to reflect the age requirements for Open Juvenile. This update complies with the U.S. Figure Skating 2012-2013 rulebook.
Online Electronic Registration (Required)
Online registration is the ONLY method available for entry into the 2013 U.S. Figure Skating qualifying competition season. Registration opens July 15, 2012.
To enter online into the 2013 qualifying competition season, proceed in the following manner:
- Log on to www.usfsaonline.org
- Input your membership number and password
- If you do not already have a password, go to www.usfsaonline.org first and follow the online instructions.

The entry deadline for the 2013 qualifying competition season is 11:59 p.m., Sept. 1, 2012. The time zone of your primary residence/principle training center (juvenile, intermediate) or home club (novice, junior, senior) will determine the entry deadline of 11:59 p.m., Sept. 1, 2012.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DEADLINE.
Juvenile and Intermediate Singles Competitors ONLY: During the online registration process, you will be given the option to input your principle training center if you wish to compete out of the region you train rather than the region in which your primary residence is listed. The following guidelines must be followed:
- You must train at your principle training center at least six (6) months and one (1) day during the calendar year to be eligible
- The region you select is binding (whether it is based on primary residence or principle training center) and cannot be changed.
Age requirements must be met by Sept. 1, 2012.
Test requirements must also be met by Sept. 1, 2012. Provisional entries based on passing a test after the closing date of entries will not be accepted. Please refer to U.S. Figure Skating Rules 2420-2423 for further testing information and guidelines.
*Skaters entering a singles event in addition to a partnered event must enter a regional championship within the section they have chosen for the partnered event.

Registrations will not be processed without payment through PayPal. You can use a PayPal account, major credit card, or bank routing number. Holders of all-event badge are entitled to admission to all competition events and practices. This is a discounted rate compared to a $15 single-day ticket.
The registration deadline is September 1 and this form will not be available after that date so be sure to have all information entered prior. No registrations will be processed without using Paypal to pay for events, tickets, and practice times. If you do not complete the entire process including PayPal you will need to resubmit your entire application again. Only those skaters who prepay will have first choice of practices once the schedule is posted. If you desire additional practice ice, please check at the Practice Ice table in the lobby of Ice House, starting on October 5. Additional sessions will be offered if ice time is available on a first come first served basis. The practice ice schedule will be posted on www.icehousenj.com and www.icehousenjfsc.org once it is available.
At close of entries and once the LOC posts practice ice schedules, those people who prepaid will have first choice of sessions, after that, we open sessions up to everyone. Once sessions have been chosen, no changes can be made and no refunds will be given.
Changes: Competitors may make one change to chaperone and/or coach designations: these must be made at the registration desk by the non-minor skater or his/her parent of guardian.
Credentials may be picked up at the registration desk at Ice House during practice sessions and during the competition. Credentials are non-transferable after they are initially issued, and are non-refundable.
Lost credentials may be replaced for $37.50.
There will be no refunds.
Important Notice for All Coaches
To coach at a U.S. Figure Skating qualifying level competition, a professional coach or choreographer must be:
- Declared by a skater in the registration process with U.S. Figure Skating
- Listed as Coaches Education Requirement (CER) Category A compliant for 2012-2013
- Current with Coach Registration (requires annual fee and background check)
- A current member in good standing with U.S. Figure Skating
- A current member in good standing with the PSA

Each local organizing committee (LOC) will be provided with a list of coaches who are cleared for a credential at the competition. Coaches will need to check in at the event registration desk and show a government issued photo I.D. to receive a credential. Coaches who are NOT on the list will need to show proof of membership in both U.S. Figure Skating and the PSA, a Coaches Registration card, proof of Category A compliance in CER, and a photo I.D. at check in. If a coach cannot provide a photo I.D. and is not on the list or cannot produce the necessary documents, he or she will not be allowed a credential – no exceptions. We strongly urge all coaches to have their cards with them.
